This template is for terminals, it contains the following
name = name of terminal image = name of wiki image imgwidth = size of image (default 250px) caption = text line below the image manufacturer = year introduced = year discontinued = interface = interface (current loop, rs232, etc.) media = CRT? Hard copy? control code = control codes, VT100 standard, ANSI? notes = any additional features, etc.
