The Unix Heritage Society is a group dedicated to preserving ancient UNIX versions.

It was founded by Warren Toomey, who is known for the apout simulator, and coordinating the effort to bring the V1 research UNIX back to life, starting with a printout of the kernel.

TUHS is known for its great mailing list, and of course the archives.
