     _R_a_t_f_o_r converts a rational dialect of Fortran into ordinary&lt;br /&gt;
     irrational Fortran.  _R_a_t_f_o_r provides control flow constructs&lt;br /&gt;
     essentially identical to those in C:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
     statement grouping:&lt;br /&gt;
