The '''Eckert–Mauchly Computer Corporation''' (originally founded as a partnership, the '''Eletronic Control Company''') was an early manufacturer of computers. Started by [[John Mauchly]] and [[J. Presper Eckert]], they were effectively what later became known as a 'spin-off' from the [[ENIAC]] project.

Among their products were the [[BINAC]], and their planned first major product, the [[UNIVAC I]], which came out after their acquisition.

The failing (in business terms, not technical ones) Eckert–Mauchly Computer Corporation was acquired by [[Remington Rand]], in 1950.
