It was not really a [[personal computer]], as many early microcomputers were, as it was intended for use in [[embedded system]]s. It was a product of [[R2E]] (Réalisation d'Études Électroniques) in France, in early 1973.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
It was built around an [[Intel 8008]] [[microprocessor]].&lt;br /&gt;
