The '''MSV11-B''' (M7944) was a [[DEC card form factor|dual]]-height [[QBUS]] [[Dynamic RAM|DRAM]] [[main memory]] card. They held 8KB when fully populated with 4Kx1 DRAM [[integrated circuit|chips]]. They required external [[refresh]], typically performed by the [[LSI-11]] [[Central Processing Unit|CPU]].

They are [[QBUS#Variable address size|Q16]] cards (hence, could not be used in Q18 or Q22 systems, such as [[PDP-11/23]]'s with more than 64KB of memory). Their starting [[address]] is configured by use of [[jumper]]s.
