A general Web search for 'turbo pascal 5.5' did turn up [https://community.embarcadero.com/article/technical-articles/162-programming/7127-antique-software-turbo-pascal-v55 this], which seems to be the old Embarcadero article. (Interestingly, the search also turned up the dead URL; it must have died only recently.) Alas, the download link doesn't work any more, and I've used enough time.
