The KEV11-A is an optional chip for LSI-11 CPU which adds support for the PDP-11 Extended Instruction Set and also FIS floating point.

One version is a 23-003B5 3015 (also 3015A and 3015D, the latter sometimes marked 23-009B5), seen with the first set of LSI-11 chips, which are suitable for the M7274 quad card etch revisions E and F, and the M7260 dual card. Another version is the 23-091A5, suitable for the M7274 etch revisions C and D (although it has also been seen on etch revision F cards).
