DEC 4000 AXP series

The DEC 4000 AXP series were a set of server models using the Alpha CPU produced by DEC. They were introduced in November, 1992, and were replaced by the AlphaServer 2000 and 2100 at the end of 1994.

There were four models:

The x10 models had one CPU, and the x20's had two. The 6x0 models had 1MB of cache per CPU, and 160 MHz clocks; the 7x0s had 4MB and 190 MHz.
