KA655 CPU

KA655 card M7625

The KA655 CPU is an alternative, replacement QBUS VAX CPU for the earlier KA650 CPU. It also uses the KA650 Main Memory System main memory subsystem. It is implemented as a quad card, the M7625.

The KA655 was the CPU of:

• MicroVAX 3800/3900
• VAXserver 3800/3900
