The '''VAX 82xx/83xx series''' are mid-range [[VAX]] systems built around the [[VAX Bus Interconnect|VAXBI]] [[bus]] to connect their main sub-systems.

There are two single processor systems:

* [[VAX 8200]]
* [[VAX 8250]]

And two dual processor systems:

* [[VAX 8300]]
* [[VAX 8350]]

Most VAX 82xx/83xx systems had 12 VAXBI slots and were housed in the [[H9642]] cabinet.

Furthermore there are seven known large VAX 8250/8350 systems with 24 VAXBI slots in the wider [[H9645]] cabinet:

* 825BA
* 825BB
* 825BC
* 825CD
* 835BB
* 835BC
* 835CC
