The '''General Electric 600 series''' was family of [[program compatible]] machines intended primarily for aerospace and military applications. It included:

* A-605
* M-605
* M-625
* GE-625
* [[GE-635]]

The GE-625 and GE-635 were larger machines intended for doing software development; the finished code would then be run on installations of the smaller ones.

The [[GE-645]], created especially for the [[Multics]] project, although based on the GE-635, was not really a member of the family, as its [[object code]] was not compatible with them.
