I have also been in contact with Jed Donnelly who has RATS paper listings (without NCP alas) and a 9-track tape. Jed has offered to send those out for scanning/imaging, so I'm working on that. I have also been in touch with Charlie Landau, who says he doesn't have anything related to RATS beyond what Jed has. Preservation
