I think I found a better link for the hobbyist program http://www.montagar.com/hobbyist/ , and removed the  www.openvmshobbyist.org link.  ---Neozeed

I think I found a better link for the hobbyist program http://www.montagar.com/hobbyist/ , and removed the www.openvmshobbyist.org link. ---Neozeed
