The Stanford University Medical Experiment computer for Artificial Intelligence in Medicine was a PDP-10 system in operation from 1974 to 1992. It started out with one KI10 processor running TENEX, expanded to two, and eventually replaced the earlier hardware with a DEC-20 running TOPS-20. It was available on both ARPANET and Tymnet.
