Another Systems Concepts?

While looking through SDS Sigma series material on Bitsavers, I found this, "TIME SHARING ASSEMBLER AND DEBUG SYSTEM", dated July 31, 1967, and shown as being done by "Systems Concepts". I don't know if it's the same Systems Concepts, or another organization of the same name.

That one's address is given as:

SUITE 300 FIRST FEDERAL BLDG.
401 WILSHIRE BOULEVARD
SANTA MONICA, CALIFORNIA

The address given in the SA10 Users Manual (March 1, 1975) is given as:

520 THIRD STREET
SAN FRANCISCO, CALIFORNIA

but that's 8 years later, and they might well have moved - or the Santa Monica one might have folded, and another organization of the same name might have been started.

A Web search doesn't show up much for 'Systems Concepts Santa Monica', except that Larry Tesler worked there! Jnc (talk) 18:01, 13 August 2025 (CEST)

This confirms Systems Concepts had offices in Santa Monica: https://bitsavers.org/magazines/Datamation/196607.pdf#page=125 Larsbrinkhoff (talk) 14:50, 18 August 2025 (CEST)
That shows that a Systems Concepts had a "SOFTWARE SUPPORT/ANALYSIS/DESIGN/IMPLEMENTATION" office there in July, 1967, yes. But is that the same Systems Concepts as the one that built PDP-10 gear, starting in 1975 or so? Jnc (talk) 19:44, 18 August 2025 (CEST)
Oh right, it doesn't prove it's the same. The Nelson-Levitt company was in operation at least from 1969, see https://dspace.mit.edu/bitstream/handle/1721.1/6174/AIM-172.pdf We could try to get hold of Stu Nelson, Peter Samson, or Fred Wright. Larsbrinkhoff (talk) 07:55, 19 August 2025 (CEST)
Information from Fred Wright is that Systems Concepts was founded in Cambridge in 1969 and soon there after moved to San Fransisco. But possibly there was an (informal) entity before that, and possibly they may have shared a Santa Monica office with III. Larsbrinkhoff (talk) 09:07, 20 August 2025 (CEST)
