Diode-transistor logic was an early logic circuit family; it replaced the earlier resistor-transistor logic family, and was in turn soon replaced by transistor-transistor logic.

The name comes from the fact that the logic functions were performed by diode networks; the signal-amplification was performed by a transistor.
