The Apple IIc is a portable computer version of the Apple II; it included a keyboard and a floppy drive, but needed a display and power supply before it could operate. It was designed as a closed system, with no expansion capabilities (unlike the Apple IIe); this was a major factor in the IIc not being a commercial success.
