It's too bad that page 1 of the recently-posted [http://www.bitsavers.org/pdf/bcc/originals/BCC_Memos_List.pdf BCC Memos List] is missing. As common/usual with BitSavers, the URL has gratuitously changed, it is now [https://www.bitsavers.org/pdf/bcc/originals/BCC_Memos_List_19720310.pdf here]. The bright side is that page 1 is apparently now there. [[User:Jnc|Jnc]] ([[User talk:Jnc|talk]]) 23:40, 8 October 2026 (UTC) | |||

Macrocode
I'm not sure if 'macrocode' is the preferred single-word term for the higher-level instruction set architecture instructions, but I'm having a hard time thinking what would be the preferred single-word term. In this context, 'macrocode' is certainly readily understandable. I wouldn't worry about it. Jnc (talk) 13:16, 23 April 2022 (CEST)
- Thanks. I know it's used with the MIT lineage Lisp machines, but perhaps not elsewhere. Larsbrinkhoff (talk) 15:21, 23 April 2022 (CEST)
