Diagnostic Runtime Services

The Diagnostic Runtime Services (DRS) are an extension of the XXDP monitor. For certain types of diagnostic programs, commonly referred to as "DRS compatible", DRS provides non-diagnostic function support including:
- Standard operator interface
- Error message formatting
- Control of diagnostic
