TU78->TU79 change

- Trivia - the main reason for the Tx78 -> Tx79 rename was that the manufacturer (Triumph Adler or some rebranding of same) wasn't getting enough business from DEC to justify a brand-specific front door. That's the reason the front door of the Tx79 has 3 rectangular dimples - it is for the IBM channel and unit number (often starting at 280) for the IBM variant.
