Simplifying multiple external linking

I have seen the manual VAXcluster Systems - Guidelines for VAXcluster System Configurations (EK-VAXCT-CG-006) being referenced in a lot of pages without linking to the available source. Is there a way to simplify adding the link to all of the occurrences or has it to be done one by one? Vaxorcist (talk) 22:18, 11 September 2023 (CEST)

AFAIK, it has to be done one-by-one. Not that that is super hard: just copy the needed lines to the clipboard (I usually fix the first page that needs something added, and then select the change, hit right-mouse-click and 'Copy'), and go to each page which needs it, and use ^V (well, in Windoze; I don't know how to do it in Linux) to insert the saved text.
I am surprised to hear that a lot of pages use it; could you list a few? Jnc (talk) 23:41, 11 September 2023 (CEST)
