The MRV11-D Universal Programmable Read-Only Memory was a QBUS ROM card. It held up to sixteen 28-pin chips; these could be either ROMs/PROMs/EPROMs (of up to 8-bit x 32K size), or static RAMs. It thus held up to 512KB when fully populated. Configuration is done with a combination of jumpers and two DIP switches.

The entire ROM contents were either directly visible on the QBUS, or through two independent 2KB windows (somewhat like later, larger UNIBUS ROM cards). The MRV11-A was a dual-height card, the M8578.
