MS11 refers to a number of different semiconductor main memory systems for UNIBUS PDP-11s:
- MS11-A, -B and -C MS11 Semiconductor Memory Systems
- MS11-E, -F, -H and -J MS11 32KB MOS memory
- MS11-K MOS memory
- MS11-L MOS memory
- MS11-M MOS memory
- MS11-P MOS memory
The first is for the PDP-11/45's FastBus; the second and fourth for the UNIBUS (although they need to be plugged into a Modified UNIBUS slot); the third for the PDP-11/70's Main Memory Bus MK11 memory system; and the last two for the Extended UNIBUS of the PDP-11/24 and PDP-11/44.
