The http://www.openvmshobbyist.org/ link doesn't work any more (godaddy appears to be squatting it). Seems like I recently found a better page for this. ---Thor
I think I found a better link for the hobbyist program http://www.montagar.com/hobbyist/ , and removed the www.openvmshobbyist.org link. ---Neozeed
