A KY11 is usually a front panel on a UNIBUS PDP-11; generally each different model (OEM and end-user variants such as the PDP-11/35 and PDP-11/40 are not truly different models, since their hardware is identical) has a unique one, with the exception of the PDP-11/04 and PDP-11/34, which share a design.
