With this patch level installed, 386 BSD will run on Qemu 0.11 (higher versions have issues with the BIOS), allowing for substantially faster emulation.

The gcc included is version 1.39 which is ANSI C, so it can build some things, I've had luck with gzip, httpd 1.3, and lynx.
