The MSV11-B (M7944) was a dual-height QBUS DRAM main memory card. They held 8KB when fully populated with 4Kx1 DRAM chips. They required external memory refresh, typically performed by the LSI-11 CPU.

They are Q16 cards (hence, could not be used in Q18 or Q22 systems, such as PDP-11/23's with more than 64KB of memory). Their starting address is configured by use of jumpers.
