Capitalization problems

I recognize on this page the need to make it a bit less shouty.
For this page/wiki I would like to only capitolize acronyms: i.e.
Unix is not an acronym but a trademark. Sys V is a version, and by convention is represented by a roman numeral, and AT&T must remain AT&T.

- While in general I agree about Wikipedia's ideas about readability, my personal opinion is that the correct way to capitalize retro names is the way their various vendors did back then. E.g. the NORD-1 computer was named that way, so I grumbled a lot when Wikipedia changed that to Nord-1. SYSVr3 was written SYSV3r when new, wasn't it? One reason I prefer other wikis than Wikipedia these days is that we're not so strict about their rules.. Tor (talk) 13:43, 16 April 2019 (CEST)
