The Digital ETHERNET Q-Bus Network Adapter (short, and usual, name DEQNA) was DEC's first QBUS to Ethernet network interface. It was a dual card, the M7504.
To pack all the functionality required onto a dual card (the early DEUNA takes two hex cards to hold the equivalent functionality), a number of complex chips are used:
- Signetics SCN8051HCCN40 8-bit microcontroller
- Fujitsu MB8795A LAN Node Controller
- DEC DC336 QBUS Interface/DMA Controller (DEC part number 21-21427-01)
