MSV11-A static MOS memory
From Computer History Wiki
The MSV11-A was a dual-height QBUS static RAM main memory card. (Being static RAM, they did not require memory refresh.) They held 2KB when fully populated.
It is not clear if they were ever actually produced, or if they were merely announced, and then withdrawn before any were shipped; information on them is very limited.
Their starting address was configured by use of jumpers. They were likely Q16 cards (hence, could not be used in Q18 or Q22 systems, such as PDP-11/23's with more than 64KB of memory).
