DESCRIPTION
_C_a_l_l places an outgoing call to the specified _p_h_o_n_e_n_u_m_b_e_r. Nothing special happens when the called party answers. _P_h_o_n_e_n_u_m_b_e_r may have any number of digits; a `+' sign may be used to specify a point at which to wait for a second dial tone.
