International Computers Limited
From Computer History Wiki
International Computers Limited (generally referred to as ICL) was a British computer company that operated from 1968 until 2002. It was created from a merger of International Computers and Tabulators (ICT) and English Electric Computers (EEC) in 1968.
It became increasingly closely related with Fujitsu, starting in the 1980s; this process culminated with it being sold to Fujitsu in 1998. Its name was changed to 'Fujitsu' in April 2002.
