Microwave

Microwaves are electro-magnetic radiation with wavelengths in the range of one millimeter to one meter (i.e. a frequency of 300 MHz to 300 GHz); although work in the area is often restricted to a range of 3 mm to 30 cm (1 to 100 GHz).
