Windows ME

Windows ME (formally Microsoft Windows Millennium Edition), was the last in the product line of consumer grade operating systems in the set of OSs, Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows 98 SE Second Edition), and finally Windows Millennium Edition.
Its poor quality was the subject of humor of an xkcd strip: Ballmer Peak.
