Windows ME or formally Microsoft Windows Millennium Edition, was the last in the product line of consumer grade ( read junk ) Operating systems in the set of OSs, Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows 98 SE ( second edition ), and finally Windows Millennium Edition.

Its poor quality was the subject of humor of xkcd:
