Talk:KD32 CPU
From Computer History Wiki
Versions
"The VAXstation I uses a later variant, the KD32-AB; it uses the M7135-YA instead of the basic M7135. The two differ in which floating point data formats they support."
Where is that information from? - I'd really like to know ... Vaxorcist (talk) 21:50, 27 June 2022 (CEST)
- The info about which versions had which boards, and what the difference was, is from K-KD32A-TD-002 (pg. 21, "Manual Scope"); the bit about the VAXstation I using the KD32-AB is from EK-VS200-TM-PRE (pg. 25 calls for an M7135-YA, which means a KD32-AB). Jnc (talk) 22:13, 27 June 2022 (CEST)
